New Volkswagen Arteon
Our photographers pinched during a testing session in Spain the new Volkswagen Arteon, heir of the CC model. Having so a different name, for the four-door coupelike should grow up to a length of about 4,90 meters, providing more space for rear passengers and their heads.
Heavy camouflage do little glimpse of what's under the veil, but it is legitimate to imagine that the front-line design will be similar to one already seen on the new Passat, assuming for the rear a more sporty line, like Audi A7 maybe.
The engines would be at first four-cylinder units, while it is then likely the arrival of a GTE version plug-in hybrid, with more than 200 hp. Transmissions should offer the traditional choice between a six-speed manual or DSG dual-clutch, six or seven gears.
